equipment, transportation and supervision required to, 1. renovate
existing storage building to accommodate Station AtoN personnel to
include complete replacement of building wall and roof panels,
construction of interior rooms, upgrading heating and electrical
systems and completing all related architectural work; 2. install
electrical and water lines and connections necessary to service the 49"
BUSL to include dredging of the basin and entrance channel to the BUSL
moorings; and 3. widen driveway to include all site preparation and
construction work to remove existing pavement, prepare base course, and
place new curbing and ashphalt paving. Performance period is 150 days
after Notice to Proceed with DREDGING TO OCCUR FIRST. The SIC code
assigned is 1542. Size standard is $17 million. Due dates for bids will
be not less than 30 days after bid issuance. Estimated range of this
project is between $250,000 and $500,000. When available, this

project is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business
Competitive Demonstration Program. It is not a set-aside. Any business,
regardless of size, may submit a quote. ATTENTION MINORITY, WOMEN-OWNED
AND DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISES: The Department of
Transportation (DOT), Office of Small Business and Disadvantaged
Business Utilization (OSDBU), has programs to assist minority,
women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire
short-term working capital and bonding assistance for
transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to any eligible
prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT bonding assistance program
enable firms to apply for bid, payment, and performance bonds up to
$1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80 percent guaranty on
the bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are also available
under DOT short term lending program (STLP) at prime interest rates to
provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is
