Weights of vehicles are estimated to range from 10,000 -- 130,000 pounds. Government will provide the contractor a copy of the Louisiana Dept. of Transportation and Development route approval letter and will provide the contractor oversize/overweight permits for movement over federal and state highways. Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price Requirements contract (estimated quantities) with base period of 01 Feb 2000 -- 31 Jan 2001, with 4 1-year option periods.
