The renovation work consists of additions to existing Culinary Arts building of (2,700 GSF), the existing Gymnasium Building of (8,700 GSF) and the existing Academinc Education building of (11,000 GSF). The work shall include miscellaneous site demolition and site improvements in the form of general landscaping, roads, parking, installation of utility lines, and site/security lighting at the Edison Job Corps Center located in Edison, New Jersey. The estimated time for construction is approximately 365 calendar days to substantial completion.
