INDUSTRY FORUM FOR A-76 STUDY FOR FACILITIES DIVISION SERVICES FOR MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT, SAN DIEGO, CA The Southwest Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (SOUTHWESTNAVFACENGCOM), Contracts Department, is hereby soliciting interested Industry representatives to participate in an Industry Forum scheduled for 01 December 1999 from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego (building to be determined). The intent of the Industry Forum is to receive Industry input on common business practices for facilities related services, contract structure, benchmarking and perceived impediments to a successful A-76 competition. Government representatives are currently scheduled to provide briefings on the following tentative topics:(1) Facilities Overview (2) Performance Work Statement (PWS) Overview (3) Competitive Sourcing (A-76) Overview (4) Contracting Methodology (5) Question/Answer Session.
