Drydocking, Restricted Availability. Drydocking will be performed at
Naval Station Graving Dock or Contractor's Facility, San Diego.
Nondrydock related work will be completed at Naval Station San Diego.
Contract Dates 01 March 2000 through 15 April 2000. All San Diego area
sources who currently hold, or are qualified for and willing to enter
into Master Ship Repair Agreement for Boat Repair and Alteration of
Vessels (DFAR 217.71) prior to award, may submit a bid which shall be
considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess a Master Ship
Repair Agreement (as applicable) are ineligible for award unless
adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of
their MSRA/ABR application and to execute the applicable MSRA/ABR
without impacting the vessels availability dates. It is impracticable
to distribute the applicable NAVSEA Standard Items. These contract
