The above referenced Request for Quotation is being amended for the following: 1. Extend the proposal due date to -- 24 Nov 99, 11:00 a.m., Central Time. 2. A revised enclosure 1, Location Spreadsheet is available -- Contact Ann Lea @ (573) 638-9575 to receive a faxed copy or e-mail at -- leam@mo-arng.ngb.army.mil 3. The enclosure 1, Location Spreadsheet, Total is based on thirteen (13) months of collected data, the average is as stated. 4. Requirement/Deliverable (s) should be changed as follows: 2.1 The vendor will provide copiers for use by the Missouri National Guard, in all facilities listed in enclosure 1 with a mix of analog and digital copiers during the time frame 6 -- 31 December, 1999. Total copier delivery, installation and placement into service must be completed by close of business on 31 December 1999. 5. Clarification of the following questions: a. Proposals should include one (1) digital copier per geographical location. Geographical location is defined as the address fieldon the spreadsheet,several offices may be in one geographical location. At a minimum the contractor should propose a digital machine. The contractor may propose a combination of analog or digital machines for the remaning machines required to support the volume of copying. b. All digital machine shall be supplied with a Window's NT, Network Interface Card. c. The following specified features may be proposed with optional pricing in accordance with the specifications: 3.0 Equipment Capabilities and Requirements: 18. Document Feeder must be capable of feeding continous feed computer paper as an optional feature. 28. Proposals may include optional pricing for both PostScript and PCL print capability. 29. Scan feature. 6. The following provisions/clauses should be added to the solicitation: 52.217-5 Evaluation of Options 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. 7. Contractor to address the following in cover letter of the proposal: a. Point of Contact (POC), telephone number, fax number and e-mail address of individual that is familiar with the proposal and will be available on 29 November 1999, for coordination with the Contracting Office. b. Certification statement the contractor's ability to deliver, install, and place into service all copiers listed in enclosure 1 during the time frame 6 -- 31 December, 1999. 8.
