This is not a small business set-aside.The Air Force intends to award a Three Year Requirements type contract to the sole source contractors below as follows: CAGE: 52661, Pratt & Whitney The Government lacks the data necessary to re-procure this equipment competitively and to evaluate offers from other than the original source (s). As a result, the government anticipates that this solicitation will result in award of a sole-source contract under authority of FAR 6.302-1. There are no Government Drawings or specifications available for this solicitation. This is not a small business set-aside. The Government anticipates releasing a paper Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 3 Dec 99 to sources requesting a RFP document.
