Potential Sources are being sought to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform all services, tasks and functions for Andersen AFB, Guam. Andersen will furnish the following Government owned equipment: Tacan, Localizer, Glideslope, Temp/Dewpoint, Winds, Ceilometer, Tact WX Set, ILS and Tact Ceilometer. This is an A-76 Direct Conversion Study of Air Traffic Control (ATC) services at Andersen AFB, Guam. Services include administrative and management. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code applicable to this action is 4581 with a size standard of $5 million. No determination is made yet as to whether the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis or set-aside. The government intends to select a _Best Value_ contractor through formal source selection procedures. The draft Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued no earlier than 120 calendar days prior to the formal solicitation being issued and announced in the following CBD notice.
