FISC Pearl Harbor has a requirement to move The Asia Pacific Center from the Waikiki Trade Center to Bldg 202 at Fort Derussy. The Asia Pacific Center is currently located on 5 floors of the Waikiki Trade Center. The new building at Fort Derussy is a two building complex consisting of a two story building A and a single story building B. Anticipate the move being accomplished within 5 working days or less. Move preparation could be done during normal working hours, but the actual move would be done during evening hours after 1800 and before 0600 due to non-availability of elevators. Mover would completely pack and unpack and arrange furniture according to office plans as well as haul away all trash. Mover would supply packing boxes for personnel to pack personal items. Anticipate a two phased move with phase one being advance move of certain computer related equipment between the dates of 1 May-14 May 2000. The bulk of the move will be conducted between the dates of 1 June 14 June 2000. The procurementwill be awarded on a best value basis using FAR 13.5 procedures and will be 100% set aside for small business.
