Readjustment counseling, for purposes of this solicitation, is counseling provided by Social Workers, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, or other counselors, individually or in groups, specifically related to post war readjustment to civilian life. Service providers responding to this solicitation must have facilities physically located within the following Florida counties which comprise this medical centers jurisdictional limits: Bradford, Dixie, Gilchrist, Levy, Marion, Citrus, Lake, Clay, Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia counties.
