Q -- CBOC RADIOLOGY SERVICES SOL RFP 597-19-00 DUE 120199 POC Bonnie Obermier, 402-48607880 The VA Greater Nebraska Health Care System, Grand Island Division, intends to negotiate a contract for Radiology Services with Hospital Corporation in North Platte, Nebraska. Radiology services are required in support of the VA staffed clinic (Community Based Outpatient Clinic) that is located at 220 West Leota, North Platte, Nebraska, and operated by the VA Greater Nebraska Health Care System, Grand Island Division, 2201 North Broadwell Avenue, Grand Island, NE. The types of Radiology Services to be purchased will include licensed and certified X-Ray technicians to perform all non-invasive radiology procedures and exams including those where immediate results are required by the physician for diagnosis and treatment of ill beneficiaries of the VA. The Contractor will provide all equipment, supplies, space and personnel. Additional needs for Radiology services will be met through referrals to the Grand Island Division of the Greater Nebraska Health Care System. The contract will be for a one-year period beginning approximately January 15, 2000 with two renewal options. Responsible sources capable of meeting the Government's requirements may respond by furnishing, in writing to Bonnie Obermier, 600 South 70th Street, Lincoln, NE 68510, the information which substantiates the offeror's ability to provide the required services at North Platte, Nebraska. All responses must be received by COB December 1, 1999. Any responses will be used to determine if competitive opportunities exist. Since no solicitation document exists, requests for such documents without accompanying information will be considered non-responsive to this request without further consideration.
