The study shall include: identification of risks that could generate insurance claims/losses to the Farm Credit Insurance Fund; cataloging each type of risk in terms of its relative importance, measurability and manageability; identification of emerging trends/changes that may affect prospective insurance risk and implications for the insurance program generally; and identification of strategic issues and options to help maintain a strong, viable insurance program for the future.
