This is a sources sought synopsis to determine the availability of sources to manufacture parade uniforms for the USAF Academy-These uniforms consist of a short jacket as well as both summer and winter trousers-The requirement includes the requirement to measure the new cadet class each year during their in-processing-Performance period has been established as (1) trousers order generally issued during mid January with delivery required in first week of June; (2) jackets, measuring of cadets is performed during first two weeks of July and the order is issued in late July with delivery required by 10 Sep each year-The trousers are ordered based on standard commercial sizes, the jackets are made to measure garments-If you are a manufacturer of men's/women's garments and are interested in becoming a potential manufacturing source for these garments please submit the following to the POC-Name of Company, business size, point of contact, ccr registration information to include, cage code and duns number, both voice and fax numbers would be appreciated-A response to this sources sought synopsis is required by 26 Nov 99-Please understand that no contract may result from this sources sought synopsis.
