The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services and supervision for cleaning repairs, and modifications to the existing storm sewer system as shown on the drawings at Scott AFB, IL 62225-5015. The principal items of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Cleaning storm sewer lines as indicated on plans. 2. Replace storm sewer lines as shown on plans. 3. Repair curb inlets as indicated. Replace top slabs of street inlets where required. 4. Replace damaged curb and sidewalk at inlets as needed. 5. Raise existing material to grade where shown. 6. Replace street and sidewalk sections cut by excavating. 7. Repair and seed/sod disturbed areas. All work required by the plans and specifications shall be accomplished by the contractor even though minor items required may not be specifically mentioned in the above listing. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP), Price Performance Trade-Off (PPTO) solicitation. There will be no public bid opening. Award will be made based upon the "Best Value" to the government in accordance with FAR 15. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low proposed price. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The proposed contract herein is unrestricted. The closing date and time for submission will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation package will be posted on Electronic Posting System (EPS) which can be accessed at www.eps.gov./. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation.
