Only Bitplane analytical software modules carry unique real-time, multi-threaded data processing functionalities. This software must provide a broad pallette of precise visualization tools for confocal as well as fluorescence microscopists for higher level biomedical-imaging research. It also must be able to accept data input from multiple confocal microscopes and handle any number of channels of information from a single image and provide multi-channel 3D images.
