Work will be performed in accordance with State Water Resources Control Board's Storm Water General Permit Requirements, Scope of Work and Wage Determination. Service is to be performed at Parks Reserve Forces Training Area, Dublin CA. Work will consists of (a) sampling and analyzing two- (2) time a years. One in storm wet season and another in the same wet season. (b) Perform and document laboratory control assurances to meet quality control acceptance criteria.
