REQUIREMENTS: General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from those developers wanting to participate in a lease construction project for a facility to house the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) on a predetermined 1 acre site. The facility shall contain approximately 15,000 rentable square feet of office and related space, with adequate employee and visitor parking. Unique requirements include office and related space (7,000 sf- 7,350 sf) to be located on the second floor of a two-story building and a secured parking garage for 24 government-owned vehicles to encompass the first floor of the building (balance of space). LOCATION: A one acre site located immediately inside of the McAlester, Oklahoma, airport fence and to the North of the road, on the other side of the street from the Federal Aviation Administration Building, west of the Airport Terminal and Administration Building. GSA has secured a Assignable Option for Ground Lease on the above referenced site. This is the only site that will be considered for this procurement.
