SOLE SOURCE, LEASE FOR AIRCRAFT HANGAR AND OFFICE SPACE. The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Business Service Division, National Contracts Team, 600 Army Navy Drive, CS3, Room 1113, Arlington, VA 22202, intends to negotiate a sole source lease with El Paso, Texas, International Airport Authority for hangar space of approximately 16,800 square feet. The total USMS requirement is for 10 months lease to be acquired under the simplified acquisition process. This will allow the USMS to commmence occupying the facility, while proceeding with plans of a formal long term competitive leasing process.
