Full and open competition applies. The contractor (A/E) shall develop all schematics, design/development and working drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates, etc., for Project number 622-201, Women's Clinic, at the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center, Murfreesboro, Tennessee. A/E to survey site to determine work required for design of a Women's Clinic in the ground floor of Building 120. This existing unfinished space is adjacent to building 117 which houses outpatient functions. The design will also include secluded exam and primary care rooms and seperate entrance and waiting area. The design and layout will be contiguous to primary care support functions in adjacent buildings. Evaluation criteria will be as follows: 1)Specialized experience of the firm with the type of work required. 2) Capacity of the firm to perform the work within the time limitations. 3)Past record of performance on contracts with Governement agencies. 4) Familiar with the area in which the project is located. 5) Geographic location and facilities of the working office.
