65 -- TELEMEDICINE/TELEHEALTH SYSTEM -- POTENTIAL SOURCES SOUGHT (PROCUREMENTS) SOL SOL 573-013-00 DUE 113000 POC Sally Thomas, Contracting Officer, (352) 374-6022, FAX# (352) 374-6117 THE NORTH FLORIDA/SOUTH GEORGIA VETERANS HEALTH SYSTEM IS CONDUCTING MARKET RESEARCH TO SEEK QUALIFIED SOURCES TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE SOLUTION IN THE AREA OF TELE-MEDICINE. Specifically, a contractor is sought to provide a patient monitor placed in the patient's home with a central station in the medical center which will interface with VA computerized patient record system (CPRS) using HL-7 protocol. Ideally we seek a modular, scaleable system that includes functionality for spirometry, pulse oximetry, stethoscope, blood pressure, weight scale, glucose, coag check and EKG with the ability for future enhancement. Ease of use and patient training materials must also accompany the solution.
