S -- - NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGTIATE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH SANTA BARBARA MARITIME MUSEUM Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum for the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary (CINMS). Purpose of contract is to participate in a cooperative agreement with the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum for cultural resources support. This is a joint project between the CINMS and the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum, no other source capable of providing this service.
