Q -- ARTIFICIAL LIMBS SOL RFP 652-65-00 DUE 122799 POC Diane Campbell, Contracting Officer, (804) 675-5485; Fax: (804) 675-5588 The Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond, VA 23249, intends to make multiple awards to contractors who can provide artificial limbs and related services for eligible beneficiaries within the Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6, located in the VAMC Richmond, Virginia and VAMC Salem, Virginia patient service areas only. This includes fabrication and repair of artificial limbs in strict conformance to prosthetic prescriptions that will be provided by the VA Amputee Clinic Team. Contract period will be for a base year with options to renew for two (2) 1-year periods. The government anticipates making multiple awards from this solicitation. Copies of the solicitation will be available on or about 11/12/99, and will be due in the issuing office by no later than 2:00 p.m. EST 12/27/99. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
