This is a SOLE Source, Firm Fixed Price acquisition with Raytheon Technical Services Co. Fullerton, CA. Raytheon is the orginal designer and manufacturer of the Firefinder Radar System. They have proprietary knowledge of the Near Field Probe. The 25 Oct 1999 CBD notice stated that a modification to contract DAAB07-96-D-S619, Delivery Order 006 would add two additional efforts: (a) Installation of anechoic material (b) Deinstallation and Installation/Integration of usable GFE componets from Sacramento Air Logistics Center, CA to Tobyhanna, PA.
