This synopsis is for the procurement of Spanish Drug Abuse Education Program Services. This procurement is being advertised as a total set-aside for small business, under standard industrial classification code G004. The Contractor will be required to facilitate Drug Abuse Education groups focused on teaching inmates who speak only Spanish about the harmful effects and the treatment of alcohol and/or drug abuse/dependence. The Contractor must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. At least one year of facilitating alcohol and/or drug abuse treatment groups is required as well as fluency in Spanish and English.
