Pretrial Services Agency (PSA) has a requirement for electronic monitoring services for defendants in pre-trial status who have been released directly by the Courts into a pretrial services supervision program. We are seeking electronic monitoring equipment that will monitor defendant's curfew. The equipment needed shall accommodate defendants with or without telephones. As a result of this inquiry, the Government anticipates awarding an IDIQ contract. The term of this contract shall be approximately one year with two one-year options. The Government will be available on November 18 and 19, 1999 if Industry is interested in holding a presentation or discussion regarding this RFI. The Government will not compensate any respondents for any costs incurred in developing or participating in the oral presentation process.
