The resulting order will include options to continue for the life of the Basic Ordering Agreement. The direct pay service will be used by The Maury Oceanographic Library at the Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center MS. Written responses to this synopsis shall include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. The resulting order will be placed under the FEDLINK program.
