The work shall include miscellaneous maintenance, repairs and alterations to government facilities by task orders issued between $2,000 and $250,000. This will be a one-year contract with options to extend up to four additional years. Offers will be evaluated on price and other non-priced related criteria. The following evaluation criteria will be required: (1) relevant experience; (2) project staffing; (3) corporate management support; (4) subcontracting; (5) past performance with Subfactor (1) quality, workmanship and scheduled and Subfactor (2) safety and health information; and (6) price. The contract award will obligate a guaranteed minimum of $500,000. The maximum contract amount is $30,000,000 for the base year for a total not to exceed $150,000,000 for the base and four option years.
