Intergraph Corporation of Huntsville, ALa., were awarded a multiple
award Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee
type contract for $9,039,519 to provide engineering services support
for Joint Operations; Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) operations and
training; Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems;
Multi-spectral exploitation and training; Remote Sensing; Imagery
Analysis; Intelligence Operations; Virtual Reality Systems; Signal
exploitation; and surveillance activities support. Systems inlcude but
are not limited to Imagery Systems, Exploitation Systems, Display
Systems, Information Warfare (IW)/Command and Control Warfare (C2W)
Systems, Intelligence Systems, and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Systems and
Payloads. The primary focus will be for analysis, design, modeling,
software/hardware development, integration, test/evaluation, training
and the prototype/limited production efforts directed towards UAV
systems and payload integration, intelligence visualization,
intelligence dissemination and intelligence sensors and processing
systems as required by Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center
Charleston Code 70. This contract contains one base year and two
one-year option periods which if exercised, will bring the total
cumulative value of the contract to the estimated amount of
$28,429,491. The aggregate value of all orders placed to all awardees
shall not exceed the Not To Exceed Estimate identified in the contract.
The contract will initially be obligated with Navy Working Capital Fund
non-expiring funds in the total amount of $100,000 ($50,000 per each
contract). This contract was posted under full and open competition on
the SPAWAR Business Opportunity Internet Home Page with two offers
being received at closing time. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems
