Dredged material will be transported by bottom-dump bardge for disposal at the WDNR managed Rosario Strait (dispersive) open water disposal area located at North American Datum (1983 NAD coordinates) Latitude 48 degrees, 30.87 minutes, Longitude 122 degrees, 43.56 minutes, in Rosario Strait. Contractor-furnished disposal sites will be considered. AVAILABILITY: This Solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-Rom format only. EBS CD-ROM disks with plans and specs available on or about 15 Nov 1999 at no charge per set. EBS CD-ROM disks will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted. No phone requests accepted. Refer to IFB Number DACW67-00-B-0009 when ordering. Requests MUST BE IN WRITING and be received before bid documents will be mailed.
