One (1) instrument capable of handling 15,000 CBC's per year and 1,260 Retics per year. Products required Dilluent/Sheath; Hemoglobin; WBC A; WBC B; Retic Reagent; Tri-Level Control; Enzymatic Cleaner; Calibrator; Retic Control. One (1) instrument capable of handling 15,000 CBC's per year. Products required Dilluent; Sheath; Hemoglobin; Enzymatic Cleaner. Four (4) instruments capable 30,400 CBC's per year. Products required Isoton; Detergent; Lyse; Trilevel Control; Enzymatic Cleaner; Calibrator. Full service maintenance and repair to include telephone support from Monday through Friday, 0800 2100 Central European Time (CET), replacement of downed/defective instruments free of charge, replacement of reagents and controls destroyed by downed/defective instrument, training of personnel on instrumentation, installation and removal of equipment. Acceptable instrumentation includes the Abbott CD4000, CD3000 and CD1700.
