This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal Number is N00178-00-Q-1004. The following items are: (1) Proengineer Interface, Prod. M125 (16 users); (2) Object Management Fr., Prod. M200 (35 users); (3) Life Cycle Manager, Prod M201 (35 users); (4) Product Structure MA, Prod. M202 (35 users); (5) Advanced Product Con, Prod. M203 (35 users); (6) CMCC Configuration M, Prod. This support covers unlimited technical telephone support, Monday -- Friday excluding weekends and holidays 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m., and updates as released. A contract will be awarded with a base period plus an option for one additional year of support (01 October 2000-30 September 2001) is anticipated. The base period of performance is 01 November 1999 -- 30 September 2000. The software is located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448. The Government requires this software maintenance to support various critical G Department programs. This software is proprietary to SDRC ME&S Services Group, as they are the developers, designer and manufacturer and the only known source to provide the maintenance as requested. Award is to be made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources shall provide their software maintenance agreement with their fax quote which shall be considered by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA 22448. The contractor shall provide in writing information stating theyare valid authorized distributors of SDRC ME&S Service Group. All responsible sources will submit their CAGE CODE NUMBER, DUNS NO, TAX IDENTIFICATION NO AND CERTIFICATION THAT THEIR COMPANY IS LISTED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION WEBSITE.
