drydocking repairs including, but not limited to, the following Items:

Fuel, (5) Clean/Inspect/Disinfect Potable, Water Tanks, (6) Minor

Sewage Collection & Holding Tanks, (9) Seal Water Tanks, (10) Overhaul
Reduction Gear, (11) Remove/Inspect/Reinstall Propeller Shaft, (12)
Straighten Shaft, (13) Renew Water-Lubricated Shaft Bearings, (14)
Renew Shaft Sleeves, (15) Remove/Inspect & Reinstall Propellers, (16)
Minor Condition /Repair Propeller, (17) Clean/Test & Upgrade Grid

etc. Vessel is a 160 Foot B Class Inland Construction Tender. Vessel
availability is for 42 calendar days starting February 15, 2000. The
place of performance is restricted to: From Brownsville, TX to
Carrabelle, FL via Intra Coastal Waterway. There will be a
non-refundable charge of $150.00 required in the form of a certified
check or money order payable to the U. S. Coast Guard for requested
drawings. Drawings are now available on CD-ROM. The CD-ROM sets are
available for all cutters and will be free of charge to contractors
upon request (ten days from solicitation issuance). All other
referenced documents are available for viewing at 300 East Main Street,
Suite 600, Norfolk, VA. Funds are available for this procurement. The
proposed contract listed here is part of the Small Business
Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Plans and specifications will be
issued on or around November 9, 1999. All responsible sources may
submit a bid which shall be considered by the United States Coast
