PRIMAVERA SOFTWARE UPGRADE The Department of the Air Force intends to issue a sole source contract to Primavera Systems for the upgrade of existing proprietary Primavera Project Planner software. This synopsis is for a sloe source action as authorized in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. However, an interested source may identify their interest by providing proof of their capability to meet this requirement by providing pricing and technical data within 15 days of this notice. Only responses containing this data will be considered for the purpose of whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will not be made on the basis of responses to this synopsis.
