C -- HELMET MOUNTED TARGET SIGHT DEMONSTRATION POC Rebeca Gonzalez, (407) 356-2721 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue orders via the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-97-G-0116 with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Orlando, Florida, for the services and material necessary to provide engineering efforts to support the demonstration of the Helmet Mounted Target Sight (HMTS) on an F-14D aircraft. This is a continuing effort to the Tomcat Tactical Targeting (T3) study. As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the F-14 LANTIRN System, Lockheed Martin is the only known source who possess the required expertise and knowledge to provide the effort within the timeframe required.
