The United States Coast Guard Aircraft Repair and Supply Center seeks to award a requirements contract using simplified acquisition procedures for the repair/overhaul of the following commercial items: Servo Cylinders and Tail Rotor Servos. Period of performance for this requirements type contract will be a base period of (1) year and (4) one-year option periods. The reworked items are to be delivered to USCG, Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Receiving Section, Attn: Quality Assurance, Building 63, Elizabeth City, NC 27909-5001. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it provide the OEM repair data. The Coast Guard intends to negotiate with the Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM), Parker-Hannifin Corp., Aerospace, as the only known NAVICP-PICA certified source of supply. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. Offerors, other than the OEM, must possess NAVICP-PICA certification as a certified source of supply and must provide proof of such prior to contract award.
