The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego, CA (SSC SD) intends to procure Antenna Tilting Groups (ATGs), associated ancillary components, and technical support for U.S. Navy ships. The ATGs must staisfy the contract specification by use of commercial off the shelf (COTS) items, modified commercial items and non-developmental items (NDI). Technical support shall include: standard commercial equipment warranties, spare parts kits, technical manuals and supplemental data, factory training, depot repair support, and engineering and support services as tasked. Entineering and support services include installation, troubleshooting system interface, and logistics support for these systems. A fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract is anticipated. The period of performance will be a one-yer base period and four one-year option periods. The total estimated hours will be 1,752 hours per year. Work will be required to be performed at CONUS and EX-CONUS shore facilities or shipboard. The RFP will be available on or about 31 OCT 99.
