The contract will be for two (2) years. The total quantity of work covered under the contract is indefinite. Each contract, one or more work orders will be issued total not less than $10,000, with the aggregate of the contract not to exceed $5,000,000. The initial contract amount is $250,000 and may be increased in increments of $250,000 to an amount not to exceed $5,000,000 over a two-year period of the contract. Maximum amount of a work order is $250,000. The solicitation package will be available on or about October 05, 1999, and may be obtained by remitting a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $30.00 each.
