PROFESSIONAL/POLLUTION LIABILITY RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES The Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority, hereinafter "Sound Transit," is requesting Proposals from firms qualified and interested in providing project-wide professional/pollution liability risk management services. Interested firms shall obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) that outlines the information necessary to understand the consultant selection process and the required documentation by calling (206) 398-5253 or from the Contracts Division, Suite 500, 1100 Second Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101-3423. Proposals shall be submitted to Sound Transit on or before 2:00 p.m. local time, November 5, 1999, to Sound Transit, Contracts Division, 401 South Jackson Street, Seattle, WA 98101-3423. Following evaluation of the submittal, the Consultant Selection Committee will select finalists who may be invited to participate in an interview, if necessary. Sound Transit reserves the right to reject any and all submittals received.
