This project consists of the construction of a 24,000 sq. ft. physical fitness center containing a gymnasium, recreation rooms for activities such as aerobics, weighlifting, billiards, arts & crafts, a multipurpose room, offices, a learning resource center, snack bar, and men's and women's shower/toilet/locker areas at the Westover Job Corps Center located in Chicopee, Massachusetts. The period of performance for construction is 420 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed through completion of the project. The estimated cost range of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Any additional shipping and/or handling charges must be pre-paid and COD request will not be accepted. Requests must be in writing and will be answered on a first-come, first-serve basis until the initial supply is exhausted. For additional sets requested by interested parties, or for requests made after the initial supply is exhausted, a non-refundable fee not to exceed the actual cost of reproduction of the IFB documents, plus a shipping charge based on each individual request (if applicable) will be required in order to obtain the IFB documents.
