Hawkins, (214) 857-0032 VA North Texas Health Care System intends to negotiate a sole source agreement with Inner Space Corporation, Grand Rapids, MI to provide customized metal carts for use in a Cardiac Cath Lab. The specifications require that the carts be metal with glass doors and include four different sizes with accessories packages. Cart specifications are available upon request to vendors who believe they have the ability to produce the required carts. Adherence to specific cart dimensions is critical due to the limited space in the Cath Lab. The accessory package should include shelves, trays, baskets, and dividers of specific size that will optimize the space within the carts. Inner Space is the only known vendor that can provide the required carts. This procurement is being done under the authority of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. No solicitation package will be issued.
