The project consists of a 28' X 59' X 18' high addition to an existing vehicle maintenance facility (Building 322), and will accomodate the repairs of CNG (Compressed Natural Gas). The roof system shall be built-up roof over insulating concrete fill and metal deck supported by rolled steel shapes and reinforced concrete block exterior walls. Foundations shall consist of continuous footing supported on natural grade and concrete slab on grade. Mechanical and electrical systems will consist of roof powered ventilators/exhaust fans for removal of gas leaks, vertical heating system, electric roll-up doors, lighting system, fire alarm, fire sprinklers and methane gas detectors. The Standard Industrial Code is 1542. The related Small Business Size Standard is $17 Million. The estimated cost of procurement will be between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
