Background "This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Scope of Work is the following: Renewal of reoccurring software maintenance in support of the following: 1. AR System fixed write license 5-pack window, support item TS-AR-EP-R., 4 ea. 2. AR System fixed with license 5-pack, support item TS-AR-EP-R. 1 ea. 3. AR System fixed write license 5-pack, support item TS-AR-EP-R. 4 ea. 4. AR System floating writes license 5-pack, support item TS-AR-EP-R. 1 ea. 5. AR System floating write license 5-pack, support item TS-AR-EP-R. 1 ea. Support is to include 4 hour response time of telephone support, email support, web access, fax on demand service, knowledge base, and software updates for Remedy.
