(202)874-2200 In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation
Part 13.303-1, the Bureau of Engraving and Printing anticipates setting
up a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in order to fill anticipated
repetitive needs by establishing "Charge Accounts" with qualified
source(s) of service. BPAs will be established with more than one
vendor when possible, for supplies, in order to provide the maximum
practicable competition. BEP will consider vendors whose past
performance has shown them to be dependable, who offer quality services
at consistently lower prices, and who have provided numerous purchases
at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. Sources are being
sought for the following supply for Fiscal year 2000 requirements.
Cinder blocks, brick, glazed tile, concrete and related items. at the
Washington, DC facility for the period 10/01/99 through 09/30/2000. SIC
Code 3271 & 3272, business size standards 500 employees. This BPA will
be set aside for small business if possible. Interested vendors shall
provide three (3) past performance references, to include a point of
contact and telephone numbers for each, capability statements,
published price lists providing hourly rates, and Government discounts
offered. Orders under this BPA will be subject to the availability of
FY2000 funds. Additional information may be requested in writing by
contacting David Mork by Fax at 202/874-2200 or by e-mail at
