The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a base year with four (4) option years to Raufoss AS/NAMMO, Box 77, N-2831 Raufoss, Norway, for engineering and technical service in support of the Navy's Multipurpose Ammunition Technology. Raufoss is the sole designer and developer of the Multipurpose Ammunition Technology. No other contractor has the exclusive knowledge, intimate familiarity and demonstrated manufacturing process capabilities, as that of Raufoss AS for Multipurpose Ammunition Technology, to meet the US Navy's requirement.
