AUTOMATIC MANNIKIN In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Materiel Command Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order to Creative Engineering, Incorporated, Orlando Florida for a fully automatic mannikin of average soldier height that can assume positions typical of soldier duties in a mission situation by remote control so that bellows flow between clothing and skin surface is not impeded by the supports. This mannikin must be an articulated computer controlled mannikin that can assume strech and bend human positions in order to test chemical protective ensembles in a simulated chemical attack atmosphere. This company has the technical expertise and equipment to meet this requirement.
