PROJECT TITLE: Operation and Maintenance of Government-owned facilities and equipment in the areas of Bay Springs Lake, Pools D and E, and the Divide Cuts, TTWW, Columbus, MS. Provide planning, supervision, laborers, equipment, materials, replacement parts, and supplies required to operate and maintain Government-owned facilities and equipment. Work to be performed includes base year with four one-year options. The solicitation package will be available on or about 13 October 1999. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $20 million for the past three years. The SIC is 8744. Bidders, subcontractors and Dodge/Plan Rooms are required to self-register their firm or office on the Internet to receive one CD-ROM of the solicitation.
