An extensive and unique knowledge of the NIMA-specific environment to generate Intel and Geospatial, including hydrographic, information for Joint Concept of Operation is critical in meeting NIMA's requirements and affording NIMA the opportunity to take advantage of Vice President Gore's National Performance Review Group's interest in Dynamic Littoral Zone. Authority for this sole source procurement is 10 USC 2304(d)(1)(B) and FAR 6.302-1. Firms that recognize and can perform the required services described above, are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contracting Officer, and provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer within fifteen (15) calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis.
