incorporated: 1. Add the following sentence to paragraph C.6a.(1). The
contractor shall be member of the Inter-National Electrical Testing
Association (NETA). 2. Delete paragraph C.6.c(1). Equipment that is
located outdoors or in a unheated space shall not be de-energized
unless the outside temperature will remain above 65F and the relative
humidity will remain below 65% for the entire outage. 3. Section J-C5c,
delete all of the second "1.11 Cable Tests". Industry standards have
changed since the specification was written and these tests are now
considered destructive to the cables. 4. Delete attachment J-C1 in its
entirety, and replaced with corrected J-C1. 5. The bid opening date
has been extended to 01 October 1999, at 2:00 P.M. Posted 09/21/99
