FISC San Diego is announcing its intent to issue a directed sole source procurement to AVO International under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Source or Only a Limited Number of Responsible Sources. FISC San Diego has a requirement for an AVO Power Factor Test Set and associated equipment for Mobile Utilities Support Equipment (MUSE), Port Hueneme, CA. All items are to be delivered F.O.B.
