Background "The Office of Contracts and Plans is currently seeking information on qualified companies who can service, repair and provide parts for equipment at WPAFB facilities. Service will cover a range of hardware including, but not limited to, Facsimile Machines, Servers/Workstations, Desktop and Portable Computers and associated peripherals, Monitors, Printers, Plotters, Scanners and Warranty Shipment. A next business day on-site response time is critical to this requirement. In addition, diagnosis and repair must be completed and equipment returned to the customer within five business days. Contractors believing they can support on-site next business day repair at a competitive cost shall submit a written response within 10 days of the publication date of this notice that clearly shows its ability to meet the Government's needs. Responses shall specify proposed rate structure on which rates are based (i.e., per-call or time and material charges). All responsible sources may respond and will be fully considered; however, oral communication is not acceptable.
